How to benefit from the CNAS reductions
To benefit from it, you must recruit via SMS-CABINET or another approved placement agency for a period of at least twelve (12) months, and follow the following steps after the employee's declaration to the CNAS:
1- Complete the CNAS Abatement request form
2 - copy of the employment contract
3 - a copy of the employee declaration (SECU)
placement report issued by SMS-CABINET or another worker placement agency.
4 - Submit this file and the completed forms to the Affiliation Social Security Department, within 10 days from the date of recruitment of the employee.
5 - You will receive the abatement decision from the CNAS which will allow you to take advantage of the benefits of relief from the employer.
